    I want to unlink xbox app from my xbox account


    Dear customer service

    Because the xbox app was messing with a game, I had to log in, meaning, I had to link a microsoft account to the xbox app on windows 10 in order to be able to turn of game DVR.

    Having done that, windows took it upon himself to make my password from that account the password I need to log in on my pc when I start it up.

    I did not ask for that. So I wanted to unlink my microsoft account from this xbox app but I can't seem to find any option for that.

    Can you pls help me out so that nothing is linked with this xbox app?

    The password is an unwanted bonus I got, but that is not my main problem here. All I want is to unlink my microsoft account so that I can live on in peace without anything from xbox being shoved in my throat.

    Is there a way?

    I linked this Xbox account to an Origin account that I can not access. I want to unlink them. So I was wondering if I can unlink from here. If so how?

    Starting XBOX app on PC will automatically start the EA app as well

    Find the account you want to unlink and click the Unlink button next to it
    Hi,

    I don't want to unlink the accounts, I just don't want the EA app to start the moment I start the XBOX app.

    Right now I don't even have an EA game installed (and autostart is disabled for the EA app). But the EA app still opens up & logs me in the moment I start the XBOX app.

    Should the EA app not start only once I actually start an EA game?

    Cant play EA Play games with Xbox Game Pass

    I had the same issue. Had to go to my EA Account and Unlink my Xbox Live account.

    After Unlinking, follow the steps to install an EA Play game from the Xbox app. EA Desktop will ask to re-link your Microsoft account.

    After doing that it all works fine. Hope this helped.

    ok so that day i unlinked my account because i was trying to log in an alt account but i couldnt for some reason , then i created another psn account for my other account and logged in whilst my main account was unlinked . I left home with my alt logged on and my main unlinked . Then i came back home and i couldnt log in my main . 1 week ago i unlinked my alt from my alt psn account trying to log in my main psn account with my alt . But in a matter of seconds of unlinking my account and switching psn , it said it was allready connected even that i unlinked . I can still log on xbox app and minecraft on my phone
