I want to unlink my Microsoft and X-box accounts

Oh, I forgot to specify that! I bought it on the microsoft store, for my x box series x, and I want to download it onto my x box.

It sounds like there's some kind of confusion between Skype accounts and Microsoft accounts. Sign in to Skype on the web with to unlink your accounts, and then you can re-launch Skype on Xbox One to link the Skype account you want to the Microsoft account
that you use on your Xbox.

How to unlink:

*Go to the Connections tab of the EA Account setup portal.
*Find the account you want to unlink and click the Unlink button next to it.
*Read the notice and make sure you want to unlink (you already know the risks).
*Check the box next to I understand and wish to continue.
*Click Unlink.

When logging into your EA account there is an option within the settings to view what accounts are linked.

There should be an option where it lists Xbox and then the option of unlinking.

If you navigate to the EA Account settings portal.

Click on Connections.

Find the account you want to unlink, and click the Unlink button next to it.

Read the disclaimer and make sure you want to unlink

Check the box next to I understand and wish to continue.

Click Unlink
