I want to transfer my Minecraft I bought on Microsoft store to another pc

In this case you are best to request all back from support. There may be something going on with the purchase.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

We did that for both accounts. Also deleted it off both of the old computers. Downloaded it and It charged us 35 dollars each. I requested a refund because we already owned it and the refund was approved. We then thought it was resolved but now the Minecraft was deleted by Microsoft and gave us a message that it was deleted due to the refund. This is ridiculous. Now we have been charged and have no Minecraft.

It is the PC edition of minecraft, i just bought it on the microsoft store on my PC 2 days ago

You can connect the same account Microsoft, that you bought Minecraft on your new computer, and download Minecraft from the Xbox app or Microsoft Store. Now, if you want to play from another account Microsoft, you'll have to buy it again.
