    I want to talk directly with an Enforcement Team member

    The only forum that the enforcement team reads is the console ban and suspension forum. They will not answer any other question except for why you were banned or suspended, and they will not communicate directly with you.

    outsider has it all. if you need why it happened hit that link there or go to enforcement.xbox.com and sign in there and it should show why something happened. and or check your email that is on the account (outlook.com , mail.google.com, mail.yahoo.com
    etc.) and there should be an email from Microsoft in your inbox or junk

    You can post in this section, to find out why you were banned or suspended: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/41.aspx, but again, that is the only question they will answer. They will not contact you or communicate with you
    directly.
