I want to spend money with xbox but no one will let me.

Dear xbox, I was a big fan and supporter of xbox which included spending thousands of dollars like everyone else. Xbox one came out and do to a couple things it caused me to jump over to the sony playstation community. However, missing my xbox friends
I bought a brand new xbox one (a week ago) to recover my gamer tag on. I did this moving froward to get ready for the newest xbox coming out. Alas I have been unable to play because I want to recover my account and cannot. Its a deal breaker though, either
someone will help me recover the account or I'm just going to return the xbox one and put the money toward PS5. Also now online won't let me request a call, I guess theres a limit on help? I can still login to my account from my xbox 360 but I dont remember
the password or the security question in order to recover it on the xbox one. I know the old credit/debit cards that have expired associated with the account. Which since they are old the recovery form won't let me answer the experation question right because
theres no experation year before 2019. Also it doesn't allow you to out multiple cards on the form. The expiration date is a few year in back. I have the xbox 360 ID number serial number, I can tell you my purchase history and gaming history, I even added
a credit card to it yeaterday in order to try and make something happen. Then the purchasing became blocked on my 360 and a response to the form was emailed extremely quick like the person checking it went "this guy again denied.". I get the protocal and security
issues and I appreciate them. I know its my fault for not remembering my password or security question. I wrote them down but it was 10+ years ago and I have moved and cannot locate that paper, which is my fault again. Its also my fault I may have put a wrong
birth day in fear I would be hacked as well as other false info. This is why I desperately need to talk to someone that has the power to help. Im willing to come in person (if there is a physical location) or provide ID, Passport whatever info you need. Heck
I'll even pay to recover it. I mean its clear already my name and info I provide for the credit/debit cards is right so I dont get it. My phone number is even attached to the acccount and gets verified with the rep upon call. You can check the activity of
the account and see I have only loged in recently. I cannot access the email to the account, so saying forgot the password doesnt work. I have filled out a bunch of recovery forms and also something further then that but no one can help me. I cant even redeem
codes on the 360 anymore. The gamertag has my lifes history if video games (as pethetic as that sounds) pretty much as well as my friends list. I hope you understand why I only want that gamertag. Also at this point I have wasted an entire week going back
and forth. I really hope the response to this isn't as cold hearted as some of the other responses from xbox I have read on here. Im trying to give every opputunity to win my business back. I get it though one customer doesn't mean anything to a big company
when they are going to make their money with or with out one customer. Thats the feeling I have been getting this entire process which I think is what it will come down to. Ill probably have the rep or whoever infer Im stupid again for not remembering or locating
the paper with my 10+ year old password on it. I apologized already for forgetting and admitted my mistakes. I hope I'm wrong and I hope someone can help. Its almost like no one ever thought this situation would happen so there isn't a person or protocol that
can help me. I mean if I was trying to steal the account I wouldn't waste my time on one little 10+ year old account with deleted expired credit/debit cards. I actually don't know what someone can gain from stealing or hacking a gaming account unless the credit
cards were valid or even the email for that matter. As it stands no one will ever be able to get into the account because the email attacthed to it is corrupted. Then again I dont know much about computers so theres that. You only have money to gain by helping
me out. I want to switch the email to a working one that even bares my name. I guess the question is, is there anyone that can help me??
