    My son was able to purchase almost 200 purchass in 2 montns. I have been told numerous times thay cards were removed i set up a pin number didnt work. I have been refuned from your company in the last year because of YOURE error. My son is 6 per the FCBA and FTC if charges by a child were made and i didnt have knowledge or approve by law i an entiled for refunds... i have ask for a supervisor and was hung up 4 times on same day. I am conpleted disgusting that a corporation soo large would think it was ok for a single to not pay rent and food because xbox is incapabile oe hIring compent associates to do what they. Which leads me to my next point it is also breaking regulations that i am entiled to file a civil suit being tikd decieptful. You can not make promises or comments and not fulfil them to the customer... this my final attempt before retaining an attorey. What your company is doing is morely and legally wrong

    payment failures. For a refund you may want to contact the support number and speak to someone to credit your account for the charges that occured to your account. sorry to hear what you're going through and hope everything can get resolved.

    If you think someone has your account information. We recommend to
    change your password
    . You can also remove the devices after you change your password. If someone does know the information, they will not be able to sign in again. Do you have any children? They could of signed in at a friends house and forgot to remove
    the account.

    from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

    1. Sign in at
      xbox.com.
    2. Select
      Contact Us.
    3. Choose your category. (In this case, Xbox One.)
    4. Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
    5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Games & Apps -
      Backcompat catalog)
    6. Select to
      Request a call from Support.

    Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further. In reference to your question, the only time
    a family member in a Microsoft Family can charge the account, is if they have the parent credentials/password and the profile is set to "Ask to Buy" option on.
