i want to sign up for the ambassador program

I have tried a few times now but it will not let me I have gold and 10500 Gamerscore I have a case number but I was told to put it like this.

i joined the ambassador program and answered questions but when i try to sign up for enforcement it says i am not apart of the ambassador program

As you guys can see, I am an Ambassador now.

But whenever I go to Ambassbank to help people, I says I have not signed up for the program.

I recently changed my GT to c0okIemOnsT34s from killzone006.

My old GT is associated with Ambassador program and XBL Rewards program.

Should I sign up for the Ambassador Program again?

 

To qualify for the Ambassadors program, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age or older
• Have at least 1500 Gamerscore
• Have no prior Enforcement actions against your account
• Have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership

If you meet those requirements then I don't know.

 

I have all of this but it says I have no xbox live gold I talked to xbox support and they looked and yes I do have gold
