I want to send out a group email. How do I set up a group in Outlook?

To set up a group in Microsoft Outlook, you can follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

2. Go to People (Contacts):
In the lower-left corner of the Outlook window, click on the "People" or "Contacts" icon. This will open the People module, where you manage your contacts and groups.

3. Create a New Group:
In the People module, look for a button labeled "New Contact Group" or "New Contact List." This button is usually located in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Click on it to create a new group.

4. Name the Group:
A new window will open, allowing you to create your group. Enter a name for the group in the "Name" field. This is the name that will appear in your list of contacts.

5. Add Members:
Click on the "Add Members" button. You can choose to add members from your existing contacts or create new contacts to add to the group. Select the contacts you want to include in the group and click the "Add" button.

6. Save the Group:
After adding members, click the "OK" or "Save & Close" button to save your group. The group will now appear in your list of contacts.

7. Use the Group:
You can now use this group to send emails, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the members as a single entity. When composing an email, for example, you can enter the group's name in the "To" field, and Outlook will automatically send the email to all group members.

8. Edit or Delete the Group:

I have checked and all of my settings are good, and no matter what I do everytime I want to post a group post or click to interest in a group post it says "unable to send request" or "There was a problem posting your looking for group".

How are we gonna do this?Just whoever sets in up sends invites to the matches? Or is there a way to set it up in Elite? So if we have a Elite Account we can make a Group?I have one but dont know how that works

Yeah, i have tried that many times. Just won't do it.

also when I made a new account it wanted to send a verification email. So I clicked send and tried to open the email box. But it didn't go to outlook but it went to account settings. So I couldn't open the verification email. How can I solve this problem

Thanks for the feedback everybody. Since all but one guy in the group don't have jobs it's hard to get money for the group. Even though I don't want to I'll see how it goes just setting a camera up in front of a TV. I guess we'll just give it good commentary
to make up for the lack in footage quality. I'll tell you all when the channel is up. Just remember the group won't be doing walkthroughs until Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 come out.
