Northern Ireland is part of the UK, and therefore often counted as part of the UK for regional reasons, at least when it comes to intellectual property and other contracts.

That would be the most likely reason your account is UK, as I assume that's where you live.

Based on your description, it seems to be that you have a problem saving your card to your Microsoft Account. This could have been due to the changes of adding bank accounts to Microsoft accounts wherein some countries are no longer supported.

As stated on this support article, as of January 26, 2021, new bank accounts are no longer supported for customers in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and the United States. If you're an existing customer in one of those countries, you can continue paying for your subscription with an existing bank account that is in good standing. However, you can't add new subscriptions to the bank account.

There are XBOX one games (Physical) available in the market and websites, how can I know that I am purchasing the write one/Original one? Some provide a number (SKU number).

There ate websites from where I can purchase. They deliver in my country. I want to know the method by which I will know that the content they are providing me is legit and original.

Help me buy from store. I have a visa debit card saved in my Microsoft account as a payment option. I can see it in "Guide/Settings/All settings/Account/Payment & billing/Payment options." But when I m trying to purchase Tekken 7 it says how do u wanna pay
the rest? Not showing my saved payment options. Ok I do this click on pay thru a card but in the end instead of paying it again shows save the card option.

Yea, I am not into that pyramid scheme stuff. I have attempted amazon but have only seen an option to have the card mailed to you and since I am from the US they will not mail me a UK card.
