    I want to revert my Xbox gamertag back to what it was.


    I recently changed my Xbox gamertag from LizterZapZap to Lizter because I think the name's too big, but now it looks stupid with the numbers. Why does it show the numbers? Why doesn't Xbox tell you that there's only one free gamertag change? Why doesn't Xbox send you an email where you can revert it if it was a mistake?

    Tell me if I can revert it back because I am not paying $10 to bring back my gamertag.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    In regards to the numbers, as per Xbox support: "If multiple people have the same gamertag, the suffix distinguishes them from one another. You can always check your friends' suffix by viewing their profile."

    If the Gamertag is still available you can definitely get the Gamertag back but you will be needing to pay for the Gamertag change which is 10 USD.

    Its supposed to have a #+4 numbers right? I chose a gamertag "Lzypnda" and the numbers the xbox added was 2396. Now instead of having the GT Lzypnda#2396 (with the numbers deemphasized). But my name is Lzypnda2396. Just that. That's not how its supposed
