I want to restart my console but I forget my parental control

in order to reset a family passcode (on the Xbox 360) you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

To contact Xbox Support (Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Go to the Xbox and try to accept the Terms of Use and it will be shown to you.

1) Take that to
http://account.live.com/password/reset for the password reset if you need the parrword changed

2) If you can't reset it, go to
http://account.live.com/acsr SAVE THE EMAILS SENT TO YOU

3) If that fails, contact Support and provide them with the Console ID number from Settings | System | Console Settings | System Info (it's on the 2nd line) and the reference number from the email sent to you in Step 2, and submit a UE Request. It is faster
to have the Agent call you by going to
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:6:3 or you can look up the phone number from the 1st web link in the .sig shown below.

Thats the thing. Its an adult account that is controlled through microsoft family by my parent account. The only thing i want to do is prevent the removal of the parent account from the console.
