I want to report a complaint of unsporting behavior, xbox live misconduct

So my 8 year old shares my xbox live account with me as a guest, as there are tons of other arcade 80's parents out there like me. We usually create minecraft worlds, etc. So he has a few "friends" online and we sometimes open our minecraft worlds
to public/online so that they can come in and visit and build peacefully. Well today, a pretty good "friend" came in and wrecked havoc in my sons world, invisible, with lots of lava. So now you know what's coming. This kid "so called online friend" is totally
violating xbox live code of conduct here. My son, who is 8, is furiously trying to save all his gadgets with buckets of water and using the "no" shaking his head to the other player. This players name is
[Mod Removed]. pretty much like his name, he comes in, wrecks havoc, and leaves, then "unfriends" my broken-hearted son. And now we are left with no clues, no communication, nowhere to report him, since now he's not a friend, so there is no
profile to complain or report. And no, there is no history on recent players, either. This is upsetting!!! To me, as a parent, but I'm sure we are not the first to have a little imp of a "buddy" fly through a game, harassing players, abusing players, clearly
violating the code of conduct. there are no "email Xbox here" buttons on the console or the Live Website. The guilty parties run free like nothing happened. THERE SHOULD BE A BIG FAT BUTTON THAT ONE CAN PRESS ON THE CONSOLE AND THE XBOX LIVE WEBSITE THAT SAYS
IF SOMEONE IS HARRASSING YOU AND YOU CANNOT REPORT HIM VIA THE CONSOLE, ETC. PRESS THIS BUTTON AND PROVIDE THEIR PLAYER ID, AND DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENED. IF THERE IS AN OPTION FOR "VOTING TO KICK A PLAYER FROM A GAME", then THERE SHOULD BE A BUTTON TO
"REPORT A PLAYER THAT IS NO LONGER YOUR FRIEND" BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH TOO MUCH AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED. that player again his player id name is
[Mod Removed]. I am not a happy xbox live subscriber. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 hours now.

Cool....now we get spam messages on Live

We never used to get spam because that feature used to require an Xbox Live Gold subscription. I have received a few spam messages in the past few days so I reported them as unsporting behavior or something like that and described that they were spam in the comments box.

Always best to just report the unsporting behavior and move on.

 

They don't have to be on your friends list in order to file a complaint. You just have to view their profile via the console or through the Xbox app. The enforcement team do not take complaints any other way and do not use the forums. How to file a complaint
