Support crew would likely only be able to console (to give hope to in time of grief or pain: comfort, solace, soothe) me having "hurt" feelings about the incident and would not be in any place to address the problem areas with the UI that fail to address real situations or the rules that were put into place by PhD experts who have never played a video game online in their entire life so do not know the issues involved to be addressed.

Recall that often "experts" are in charge where hair splitting issues are to be debated and weighed carefully, but by the look of things, they are far from being expert as their UI verbiage clearly shows how ridiculous some of it is in light of the fact that physical abuse cannot be transmitted through electrical impulses traveling to internet services to arrive at the other end of the line.

Where actual physical trouble making occurs, it is time to contact police authorities rather than filling out a radio button selection option.

I seem to recall that terrorism was one of the options possibly with sub-categories to choose from that are equally ridiculous given that electrical tcp/ip packets sent and received cannot inflict physical injury, nor have any way of property damage around the remote user's internet modem, nor gaming console.

Yet, there those click options were to choose from, but no options presented to discourage hackers using cheating modifications (mods) to hack you, or repeatedly defeat you unfairly in the game in question.

I am referring to a prior discussion from years ago regarding Call of Duty modern warfare 3 where hacks were created only a few months after game release where hackers could de-rank one's soldier experience to be back to nothing, or set your weapon's experience points to negative 2 billion so that you could never rank up that weapon to have any or better attachments or skills or whatever. This is still happening today by people using xbox 360 that are using the reset glitch hacked consoles that authenticate from a rogue Chinese hacker server and so cannot be banned from the service, nor the hacked game.

I would suggest to still contact them using an option that will let you explain the issue with them, alternatively use the live chat and tell the virtual agent you need to talk to an agent.

For further opinion on this matter, I can expound a bit more regarding "facing your accusers."

The specifics of the supposed infraction could be countless other communications with unrelated users about completely other topics and such.

An accused person should be permitted to know the exact accuser's gamer tag, the message(s) in question that were supposedly reviewed by the "enforcement team" otherwise unrelated messages could be improperly construed as the ones in contention and appeals about these inapplicable messages would waste everyone's valuable time discussing matters that have nothing to do with the accusation at hand.

If the messages actually illustrated that the supposed victim was in fact the perpetrator of an even more serious harassment, then the situation of infraction would be extremely reversed by the evidence of the screen captures sent showing the harassment involved.

Some guilty people or groups can take extreme offense at being shown to be extremely guilty of serious crimes, and so undertake an ad hominem attack fallacy against the real victim who suffered at their hands rather than the guilty who were embarrassed by being caught and recorded red-handed doing immoral things live as the case may be,

Without knowing the date /time / message evidence as in discovery in a court trial case, the accused is defenseless without a leg to stand on by being ill prepared to argue in any capacity about the unknown situation.

Any such cases where there is not the "discovery disclosure" of evidence, no such prosecutions of punishments should continue from now onward.

Keep in mind that the mw3 hackers are still ongoing without being punished in the least by this impotent "enforcement team" members whose self-importance should be quelled by this very situation having been ongoing for about 8 years straight of this hacking cheating stuff going on all the time, every day.

What is the emotional harm caused to a thin skinned person who is on the lookout for opportunities to accuse people of otherwise innocent things?

So what if a guilty person is shown evidence that they behaved in an immoral fashion that cheated others of having a fun time while in the online game situation, rather than reading offline a message full of evidence that they behaved in an immorally reprehensible fashion that should be severely punished with longer banning time than the "communication" infraction with which I'm charged?

On the enforcement action history page, the incident is not listed for whatever reasons and might have had a link to appeal the automatic conviction such as the information in messages that I sent was to the point being demonstrated and little if any more.

The specifics, as I mentioned in my initial post, are NOT given and instead a wide scope variety of things that blanket "possibly many infractions" are itemized.

The origins of the specific friend or MS machine learning AI at the origination of the complaint are unspecified.

If it had said that X number of messages were sent thereby breaking rule section such and such of the linked rules that you had to approve to make use of your subscription fee spent, then I would have been able to examine "the letter of the law" that was supposedly impacted to see if my behavior qualified, and even if so, I would work to have that rule changed so that very thin skinned machine learning AI or false friends who get too excited when someone's hair is parted to the wrong side do not file another such complaint and have me or anyone else banned for a longer period of time.

When the listing of harassment types comes up as a list of radio buttons to select, many of the options are unsuitable for characterizing what actually is possible via online game play. Many of the offenses are actually physical in nature when this cannot be possible through an internet modem connection.

How can one do some of the listed harassment types using a video game controller connected to the Xbox console connected to other user's consoles?

I send a lot of messages to others. In one case the prior day two people did harassing things to me that I wanted to point out to them, so sent them screen captures of them doing immoral things in game to me. But, as we know, the truth, if it offends anyone, can be considered disproportionately worse than actual physical violence were severe amounts of blood were shed by the victim. I have seen where the hero who prevented violent crime is handcuffed and sent directly to jail for days prior to having a hearing where a judge throws out the case of malicious prosecution by the police officers overstepping their traditional roles by doing unnecessary value judgements. The handgun confiscated from the real criminal was returned to him where upon he sold it to his attorney for $1 and so cannot be used as evidence against the real criminal who had just gotten out of jail for other violent crimes.

The system is often broken, but how do we fix it to become a lot more balanced, accountable, pragmatic, not abuser friendly like other systems that we have?
