You can go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Xbox support is pretty good with it, I've purchase a handful of games that just straight up didn't work properly and I was refunded my money without too much hassle. Although your situation is different you may be able to get your money back as long as you
haven't played the game more than 12 hours I believe. Good luck

Hi, i just wanted to know if someone else is having the issue where after a few seconds of playing online, the game stutters, freezes and then crashes and goes back to xbox dashboard. I understand this could be caused by the current state the pandemic is
creating; I want to be sure am not the only one having this exact same issue or if i would have to use my console's warranty.
