I want to refund battlefield 2042

This free to play rumour is not meaning that the entire game will be made free....just that they are, supposedly, looking at making certain elements of the Multiplayer F2P

There's no way EA would allow the entire game to be free else they would likley be hit with lawsuits etc from people who did pay

I agree the new Battlefield has alot of bugs/server problems and the game is broken i also want a refund but i played it 5 days en already have it 1 month i hope they will release an refund option for Battlefield like they did with cyberpunk2077.

Unfortunately we'll have to wait for similar announcement from Microsoft in order to get your money back. Also you can appeal the refund denial if you've been denied a refund by Microsoft.

To appeal, reply the email you got from Microsoft with refund decision. Keep if brief and explain why you should get the refund and they'll take a second look.

For me, EA and Xbox support point to each other about the refund. Oh and they told me to wait and follow the events. **** big joke all over.

I bought the ultimate edition of battlefield 2042 and have been played the game its so broken. The game hasn't been switched on once since December 6th. I had 2 refund request denied as I was outside the 14 day return window as I have to travel for work. I've paid £90 for a game that no one is playing and all formats except Microsoft are giving refunds on. And the game is in so much trouble it may go free to play. A game I paid £90 for! I feel massively let down. Never asked for a refund in my 12 years of xbox gaming. Stop pasting technicalities to defend your stance and read the room and follow other formats example.
