Can someone tell me if a staff member can refund my purchase. The order number i will send in private if it will be possible to be refunded by staff.

I bought a gift code for my friend, and it doesn't work, because I wasn't warned that there are some unsupported regions for gift codes, and for me that's equivalent as a scam. The bundle was worth 14.99$, and in my country it costs a lot.

I can't refund my purchase because there's no option.

When my friend tries to activate the gift code, it says "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account."

Thank you for the warning, but a xbox ambassador said that moldova is a unsuported region. I am from Moldova, and my friend is from Moldova too.

It isn't some countries

You both have to be in the same region this is told to you before you even send the gift so it's not a scam as it is in big bold letters underneath the email you have to send to

Gifting is region locked on all platforms to prevent fraud

To refund you must goto account.Microsoft.com and find your purchase

All gift codes regardless of platforms are region locked
