    Good evening, I wanted to try to make a refund for a digital media product that refers to a game called Call of Duty Advenced Warfare. Because my family were home and a cousin of my son bought it, he had no idea what he was doing. I have been reading about
    the refund requirements and have seen that you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to be able to repay you, and I am on time. Well, they bought the game on March 17th and today is March 25th. Please

    You would need to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see about starting a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    As mentioned above, there are acceptable reasons to get a refund - why did you want a refund if you don't mind me asking?
