Sorry but there are no refunds on marketplace purchases.It would be wise to be more careful with your account in the future so this doesn't happen again,maybe set up a password on the account.

hello good morning need help the problem is this I in my mind had 1600 microsoft points card purchased in a still I have the code the problem esque inadvertently buy minecraft it was not me but I have my brother bought seven years and if saver given anything
just click the ad and I buy and in truth I ami not like that game so I wanted to know if I could renvolsar my microsoft points and you delete the game because I do not like hope your help thanks in advance

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards pogram is not the same.
