    I want to redeem a code in unsupported region


    What happens if I redeem a Xbox Live Gold code from a US membership gold card by logging in to my account in my computer in xbox website, if my account is

    currently set in a country or region where Xbox Live is not supported. Will I get an error or waste the code, or will I be able at least play

    online. I need it mostly to play World of Tanks. I migrated the account from US to Central America and wont allow me to change it for 90 days.

    Just open it to all regions, I still want to play my games over Xbox Live in an unsupported country.

    Sorry to hear it. As gold membership codes are region locked you will not be able to redeem the code on your account. I also wanted to mention that you should only use the region migration tool if you're moving to that region and not to try and get items
    for your gamertag.

    When I migrate the account back to United States will I be able to redeem the code even if I am in Central America? If I have another account in the same Xbox set to United States can I redeem the code in this account?

    As I mentioned, you should not change the region of your tag to gain things that you wouldn't normally have access to. If you changed your region then there could be any number of issues impacting you now including now having your billing info correct or
    an issue with the IP address.

    I need to know what to do to at least play World Of Tanks. Any configuration I can try? Maybe changing region in my account of microsoft *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** using the pc or buying directly from the microsoft webpage with my credit card. Or maybe making another account
    and moving my xbox things to this new account. Please help.

    If you've changed your region then you're going to have to wait to change it back to your country. Also, you cannot transfer anything from one account to another.
