I bought a game (assassins creed unity) on the cdkeys.com page at 0.99 euros, activate the game, download it and start downloading it and started downloading it into the console (I wanted to download it to an external disk that was disconnected and I did
not realize it), cancel the download (thinking that if nothing happened) to connect the disc and now the game does not appear anywhere, help!

but they understand something is that it is translated with the google translator because I am Argentine and I do not know English xD

If you know what the email address is for your account you can go to account.microsoft.com/acsr and try to recover it that way if you do not have access to security proof(s) (where they want to send the verification code to verify ownership) then you have
a choice there that you don't have access to any of these and you can fill out a form with questions about the account and if you answer enough of them correctly then they will send you an email with a link to reset your password. if you don't answer enough
correctly they will still send you an email letting you know that and then you can contact xbox support through support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can escalate it up if you still have access to a xbox that your profile was on before with some more questions
about your account and the console that it was on before and they will send it to their escalations team and if enough of those questions were answered correctly then they will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, the system typically sends a verification code to your registered security proofs twice. If you no longer have access to one of them, you may need to recover or update your security information by adding a new verification method.

To recover and add a new one, you can follow the steps outlined on this link:

Please note that updating your security proofs triggers a 30-day waiting period. During this time, you won't be able to reset your password. Once the new alternate security information is fully added and the waiting period ends, you'll then be able to verify your identity and reset your account password.
