I want to recover my ea account linked to my xbx account

On Xbox's end, there is no option to check what EA account linked to your Xbox profile but you can definitely check it on EA's end.

1. Go to https://help.ea.com.

2. Select Log In.

3. Choose the option to sign in using your Xbox account, and then sign in with the Xbox account that you want to check.

Yeah I think there is probably a link between EA and this, because I was getting emails saying someone was trying to recover my EA account (with the same email).

That's gutted mate maybe contact Xbox direct?

I've done as you guys have said but I still get an error message when trying to sign in with my Xbox account. I can't use the online functions of Mass Effect 3, Mirror's Edge Catalyst or Mass Effect Andromeda.

This all started with the demo for FIFA 20. I was playing it but it asked me to sign in with a bogus email I must have typed in for Mass Effect 3 in 2012 while I was depressed and hallucinating. I can't believe it carried onto the next console. I changed
the email but got the account deleted. I wasn't told to transfer my data to my EA account with my primary email. Well, it goes to show you have to be careful with this sort of thing.

Is this the end for me? I know there are a few others stuck in my situation.

Microsoft team, please help me! EA can't do it.

I'm afraid that if EA support can't do anything then it might be time to create a new EA account and link the Xbox account to it.
