    I want to purchase a Xbox One X. However, this now impossible. I love the kinect that I have for the Xbox One. I don't use the Kinect for anything but voice commands. Using Headphones or a mic that isn't always on is pointless and
    counter intuitive. I love being able to tell the Xbox to pause or to resume without having a controller on or near me. Everyday I walk in my house and pet my dog and immediately say, "Hey Cortana, turn on". This feature, although not used by everyone, was
    the closest selling point I had to all of my PS4 fan boy friends. They loved the voice commands and the integration of Cortana to the Living Room. Now, I can't purchase an adapter for the device to work with the Xbox One X for less than $200. This is the only
    thing stopping me from purchasing a Xbox One X. Please offer the adapter again or allow other companies to manufacture and sell the adapter. There are many, just like me, waiting for a solution before we can move on to the Xbox one X.

    If you are trying to purchase a console I suggest you use either a Xbox or Microsoft store gift card or a credit card.

    Totally agree!!

    I was excited about upgrading, but I'm second guessing it now. It seems crazy that the Xbox One X doesn't at least have an included internal microphone just for this reason.

    That's why I'm going to return the XBox One X that I purchased yesterday to the seller. I didn't know that the Kinect adapter had been discontinued, and having to pay 700$ to have the same functionality that I had with my old XBox One Forza + Kinect, is
    beyond limits. A new model should not limit functionality, I don't care about 4K if it means that I loss Cortana and playing Kinect games.

    Honestly, I believe that this is personal preference. However if you would like to play games in 4K i suggest purchasing the xbox one x
