    I want to play an online friendly but i can't connect with the friend.


    i invite him, he accepts then it takes me to a screen to select the team but to him it appears an empty screen with the stadium background. after a few seconds it says the connection is lost. that happens when he invites me also

    Friendly match online - not working

    Hi!

    I can't connect with my friend in online section "Friendly match". When we want to connect in "Coop mode" everything is working - we can play every mode online, just friendly match isn't working. Where can be a problem?

    How do I connect my son's profile to xbox live?

    I just purchased an xbox live subscription for the first time but I can't figure out how to connect his profile to the subscription. I don't want a family plan because I will never play online with my friends.

    Hi there. Many thanks for the above. I have followed those steps but have the same issue.

    He does have active friends on his friends list but when attempting to play an online friendly still get the following message:

    Add friends to be able to play against them and track your season history in online friendlies

    Did you get a code or buy it from Microsoft? If you have a code you will have to go to the store and apply the code.

    You are required to be sure the version purchased was for PC , My next step in advice will be to contact xbox directly by phone for further assistance.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use online features for your games on your Window 10 device.

    pedro, this could be due to the way your network configuration is currently set-up and I would like to have you verify the status of your NAT type on your Windows 10 device.

    This can be done by following these simple steps:

    1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the
      Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
    2. Select Settings > Gaming, and then select
      Xbox Networking.
    3. Under Xbox Live Multiplayer, check the NAT type.

    If you have anything other than an Open NAT type, then I would recommend review the article that covers information on

    how to troubleshoot issues with multiplayer games on Window 10    .

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
