    I Just spent 3 hours on the phone with support to be hung up on after getting transferred to a different support team for the 4th time.

    I cant put my credit card info into the Realms subscription on minecraft windows 10 beta because the drop down for country is greyed out, as the united states and I live in Canada so I have a canadian credit card. So it will not accept my payment option
    because of not being able to select my country.

    I tried to change my region as per a xbox support rep on the phone and ended up changing it to Congo which they said they would fix but never did(you can only "move" once every 90 days)

    I have updated credit card info on my Microsoft account with my current active credit card.

    I just want to pay you a monthly fee to have access to the realm that I started with your free month.

    Please let my give you money to access my realm on my minecraft windows 10 beta!

    I don't know why I have to go through this frustrating support process just to give you money for a advertised service.

    Can I pay you for a minecraft windows 10 beta realm with my Canadian credit card? I could access the realm for a month with my friends with a Canadian account. I would like to Pay you to continue doing this with my friends.

    Hey there, SnappyBark0! Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta is only available free for users that had the original Minecraft: PC (or Mac) Edition. If you only have the Minecraft: 360 Edition, you will not be able to get the Windows 10 Beta version for free.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.

    Hey there Queenie Brea,

    To clarify, the Windows 10 Beta is actually a version of the Minecraft Pocket Edition. And the only other games you would be able to join would be users who are also using a version of Minecraft Pocket Edition. You can find more information on the official
    support page
    here    .

    It's not possible to play others who are using an Xbox 360 or Xbox One version when using the Windows 10 Beta.

    To play with others on Pocket Edition you'll either need to be playing using Local Multiplayer or have a Minecraft Realms account and you can learn more about that here.

    Hi ScrubDaddy,

    Only Minecraft and Minecraft for PC/Java support Realms. Console editions such as Minecraft: Xbox One Edition do not support Realms.

    Also you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft. If you need to leave the Beta on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer you can visit

    Minecraft Beta Guide and FAQ’s     for more help.

    Be sure to check Mojang to see if the servers are up and running at SERVICE STATUSES
