Cant pay past due

"Xbox one - we are trying to pay the past due for Xbox Live Gold Subscription and keep getting this message: Try that again Something happened at our end, and we can’t display all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help. Try again TraceId: s2B1c2rVikykMYhG.11.15.21
This has been happening for 4 months now so we are not able to play. I also have $30 in store credit that I cant access.

Xbox live Gold auto renewal

hi reader,

i got email from microsoft billing today says that my master card failed to pay for xbox live subscription ($ 9.99) .. its ok because my credit card is out of money and i know that .

i ended up with $9.99 past due i didn't ask for that and i don't remember checking a box for a auto renewal every month

lets say that i didn't refill my credit card with money and didn't pay my past due will that make it 20$ next month -_-?

why 20 $ ?

because it says i can't stop auto renewal if i have past due :

"You can’t cancel an Xbox subscription if it is past due or suspended. You’ll need to pay the past due balance before you can cancel or turn off auto renewal."

so my question is will my due will keep increase every month if i didn't pay my 9$ now ?

No. You would have to either add money to the card you have on file or add a new credit card/paypal to pay off the balance before you can add a prepaid gold card.

When you purchase gold, game pass, or Ultimate through Xbox, you start a recurring subscription. If you don't turn off auto-renewal, the subscription continues the next month. You can try contact support and speak to billing to see if they can cancel it

My gold membership is past due. So now it's suspended and i cannot pay the past due amount with the money i have in my Microsoft account.... The past due amount is 10 dollars and i got 21 dollars in my Microsoft account... Help please

The only way to pay a past due amount is via either a debit/credit card or paypal account.
