I want to no when my refund is accepted

72 hoiurs then 5-7 business days before it's issued to your bank then whenever your bank proccess it at corporate

And if you used prepaid creditcard or PayPal even longer 60days

but my refund was accepted 2 weeks ago, I want my money back.

Not acceptable. Every other sports game lets my son do everything when i purchase a game. If i want to restrict my son I’ll do it my way via the console. Not via your decision to restrict the game.

please fix this, otherwise I’ll have to look to return my game for a refund.
