I want to make a refund

It looks like you created a duplicate thread by mistake. Smwutches provided you with a response in your

other thread. As such, we will be locking this thread.

Auto renewal is automatically turned on when you start a account or add a xbox live gold subscription to your account.It does tell you this.

You have to manually disable auto renewal if you don't want it on.

Anyway,you can contact support
here & they should issue you a refund.
