i want to make a complaint in how i was being treated by microsoft workers about my suspended ...

i wanna make a complaint about how i have been treated for the past 12 hours that i have been trying to sort my suspended account when i was being abused about my mental health.. as i said i was being abused for having mental health and the person gets
away with it and does what ever he wants.. the complant is about the workers of microsoft/xbox is shocking and very upsetting.. they dont wanna listen to what i have to say.. they send me to xbox ambassadors 3 times all im doing is going back and forward
between the 2 of them... it is shocking that they dont wanna bother to help out their loyal customers or even their customers.. im paying for the service ive a right to use.. i have been on enforcement site also but when i tried to do that stupid questionnaire
which i was only about to start it said i tried to many times and gotta wait 24 hours.. how could that even happen when i havent started the questionnaire yet also on top of that how can they get away that enforcement doesnt even have no other way to contact
then to get the problem sorted not even a e-mail or a number.. i want to get this sorted as i know im being punished for being abused and having mental health

Is there a way to make a complaint about chat staff?

I'd like to if possible get hold of some kind of senior management to make a complaint about how I am being treated as a paying customer by the service center staff who have caused me to now effectively have a £300 brick that cannot be returned to a retailer
sat here.

thank you for the two links. but i need issue to a complaint do they have a procedure for this? as i'm being punished btw i have solid grounds for said complaint.. as before thanks

 

if he violated.the terms of use and you reported him then he didn't get away

You do not get any feedback on your reports

Nor will you ever be told anything about them as it's a privacy issue and between them.and the enforcement team

Thete is no justification for.breaking the rules

It does not.matter who started it

You are only allowed to.block and ignore

 

i did report him but he been carry on message me even after i got the ban just for standing up for myself no harsh words or nothing was use... just said about mental health isnt a funny matter and shouldnt be make fun off... but he still carrys on message
me while i get the ban which is unfair and im being punished for it

 

You do realize that you cannot retaliate in anyway

Stop Msgging him

Sending a msg after he is blocked will unblock him

Also you cannot communicate while you are suspended

Also reports are never instant

It does take time except in extreme. Cases and no he started it is not a valid excuse for violating the terms of use
