I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY CONSOLE WAS BANNED

MY GAMERTAG IS UnKnOwNxSTR8x WELL MY CONSOLE WAS BANNED AND I HAVE NO REASON WHY I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER DID ANYTHING. I DON'T MOD OR VIOLATE ANY OF THE TERMS OF USE. IF I HAVE TO BUY A NEW XBOX I PROMISE I WILL GO TO PS3
CAUSE THIS IS REDICULOUS. WE PAY 60 DOLLARS FOR XBOX LIVE AND MORE FOR DLC AND 60 DOLLARS FOR GAMES. NOW I DON'T REALLY WANT TO BUY A NEW XBOX JUST CAUSE PEOPLE GETS MAD AT ME FOR KILLING THEM ON BLACK OPS AND THEN REPORTS ME FOR MODDING. SO ALL I WANT IS
TO BE UNBANNED OR IF IT IS TEMPORAILY OR FOREVER. I ALSO WANT AT LEAST A LEGIT REASON FOR WHY I WAS BANNED

Hello UnKnOwNxSTR8x, I completely understand your frustration; I can't help you unfortunately, but I would like to say that I believe your useage of 'all caps' in your post was completely and fully 'acceptable' given your situation - I can only empathise
with how you are feeling.

At all other people out there, so you can read the rules and regulations of the xbox forums... so what?! instead of merely focusing on pointing out what a person is doing wrong and ignoring everything they have to say, how about give them some encouraing
words, point them in the right direction, and then absolutely 'lastly', if you still feel the need to comment on their mistake, then do so in a way that will help them to rectify their mistake for the next time, don't just say that they're wrong and shove
a forum rules and regulations thread in their face.

the thing is though, even if there were sore losers who were reporting you for modding, the enforcement team wouldn't have banned you unless they could find evidence that what these others were claiming was true.

You can try posting in the suspension forum, but they dont respond to console bans, unless the system wrongfully banned it by mistake like it did in the incident a couple ofmonths ago (which is unlikely) There must be something to have caused the ban. It's
not just exclusive to modding and hardware tampering, it can be banned for many other things, such as marketplace theft.
