    I want to know why I am being comm banned this is absolutely ridiculous and wrong.


    I get comm banned because this kid and his friends run their mouths and send me rude messages and all I did was reply once didn't curse or anything like that but they were cussing me out and talking trash and I didn't report them and they gang report me
    and I get banned???? This is why people are going to playstation. Xbox has taken this ridiculous enforcement thing Way to far and need to work on their "investigation" skills.

    Banned for no reason

    Can someone tell me why I was banned? I haven't even done anything to get a ban, I mean the last thing was a comm ban and that was it. But apparently I've been banned till 8/2/17 for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I never even got a warning. I'd like to
    know why I even got banned in the first place. I follow all the rules and such.

    Xbox comm banned me for no reason

    I am a general Xbox Live player like everyone else, yet I have come to find out that I just got comm banned for no reason yesterday. What I want to know is 1) how did I get comm banned? 2) Who complained about me for me to get comm banned? 3) How long I
    am I going to be comm banned for? If this is a unreasonable comm banning, then please remove it. I play games that require a lot of communicating and if I can't communicate than my teammates or friends will get highly confused.

    You should be able to find al details of the suspension on the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site and if eligible you can also request a case review from here.

    If someone is being rude to you the best action to take is to just block or report and block the other person and not to take any actions as that may result in an enforcement action being taken against you for breaking the
    code of conduct..

    I'm not going to report anyone I'll just block them getting them comm ban is just petty and trying to be more of a piece of garbage than them it's not a pissing contest we don't need this function on Xbox. And literally everyone agrees with me in the community

    You can file a Case Review with the enforcement team at https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 and a member of the Microsoft's team will review it. I don't believe they monitor the forms.

    I truly understand your situation. First of all, I want to state that no suspension is given without a reason. The enforcement team meticulously checks every situation.

    Here in the community, we do not have access to this information ( reason for suspension/ban ) since this is dealt with by the Enforcement team, okay? The appeals are the only way to contact them though.

    I am really sorry for your situation, but this can truly only be solved ( if possible ) through appeals. No one here can assist with that, neither can Support. Hope you understand.

    You can also find a copy of the code of conduct at this site. I would also look at the stay safe link to as it will explain what they look at when reviewing reports. You will find instructions on filing a case review in the How to link
