I want to know the details of hardware repair on my xbox one console,

customer support is not tellingg me the details as, what was done or fixed, and what was the issue. First company i am interfacing with which doesn't tell repair details under warranty.

Planning on sending repair. Payment options?

My xbox 360 suffered from a hardware failure (3 flashing lights), and I'm planning on sending an online repair request.

My console is currently out-of-warranty, and I know repairing it involves a fee.

I'm would like to ask what the payment options are for the repair. Is Paypal one of those options, since I'm aware that Paypal is included for payment options on Xbox Live.

Yeah... Xbox doesn't hand out tracking info publically for a repair order. I'm sure they track it but they don't release the RMA ticket info. But, they should provide you with a tracking number once it ships. Until then, they kind of leave you in the dark...
