I bought the game by reservation in advance. Career mode progression is not possible in the game due to the serious bugs below. It's been like that since it was released, and it's still is. It drives me crazy. Want to get a refund. Tell me how.

The game stops frequently. Career mode history is not saved. So even if I repeat the same race, I can't proceed to the next series. Many people have already experienced it, and bugs have been reported, but it still hasn't been fixed.

I know it's been too long since I bought this. I've been patient and waiting for it to be fixed. But this is a serious bug that can't get the game going and still hasn't fixed it. That's why I want to get a refund. I feel like I'm buying too expensive garbage.
