I apologize but in order for us to recover your account we need to have at least the Microsoft account where the games were purchased.

MY beta testing for previewing xbox live updates didn't work and I went onto the website that the 360 game me and I went to the website it derected me to the forms and nothing came up for my problem and this is as close as im going to get I also wanted to

i simply did a workaround for me. I was moving crap onto my 360 because a few games are coming out that will need space (JC4, RDR2, F76) so i just moved most of my 360 and og xbox games back onto the 360 i have. I skipped over kotor 1 and 2 and the battlefront
games and now i have plenty of space available.

On the 360 you can do both using "Windows Media Center". I've been told that that isn't available on X1. I'm sure I could plug in a USB to watch videos.... after downloading them onto it from my computer. However, on 360 I can remotely connect the xbox to
my desktop and play the files directly off the computer through the 360 onto my tv.

Telling me I can use a usb to view videos is like telling me my phone can take pictures if I first duct tape a camera to it.

My account on my xbox one is a child account too and I am having the same problem. I have an xbox one with xbox gold subscription. I do not have access to an xbox 360 so how can I get the free xbox 360 games with gold on my xbox one? I don't have any problem
getting the xbox one games, just the backward compatible 360 games. the message tells me to complete the transaction on my xbox regardless of whether I am on my xbox already or on xbox.com on my laptop. Help please! we want the 'free' games that we payed our
subscription fees for!
