Xbox live is charging me twice

today I bought the dlc for shadow of war and my card was charged twice, I want to keep the product I bought but want a refund on the double charge made and an explanation as to why it charged me twice for one product

the MSFT *XBOX LIVE MISSISSAUGA ON, charged us twice in the same time and date for 8.19$ on Feb 03 2013! .. So we want to know why they've charged us for this! Thank u
