    HELLO XBOX IM FILING A FULL REPORT AGAINST THIS GAMER FOR GETTING ALL MY COMUNICATONS BANNED FOR NO REASON JUST BECAUSE HE WAS SENDING ME DEATH THREATS AND CREATING MODDED ACCOUNTS SO ARE YOU AND BORIS ERICKSON SO PLEASE BAN HIM THANK YOU

    I want to file a complaint.

    Microsoft changed my GamerTag that I have had for two years because it violated the code of conduct. That's fine and all, but I would like to change it because they gave me one of the default GamerTags. It is ridiculous for me to be forced to pay the $10
    to change my GamerTag when Microsoft is the one who changed it without even notifying me first.

    I have looked for almost 20 minutes for an email I could send this to, but this forum seems to be the closest thing to customer service I can find.

    Basically, Microsoft customer service is absolute garbage, and I do not want to pay $10 to change a name that was changed against my will in the first place.

    I want to file a complaint.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but if they uphold their decision, you will have to pay if you want to change your tag. That policy is per the code of conduct you agreed to.

    Modding games is against the rules as you may know. the only way to report someone for cheating is clicking on their gamer-tag and filing a complaint. They can't contact Xbox direct because if they did they would just tell them to do the same as I have said
    file a complaint. When you file a complaint an Enforcement member will review the call and investigate within 24 hours. I would also recommend not sharing gamer-tags over the forums as it is against the rules I would of expected an ambassador to know that
    but who am I to judge.

    Conclusion the only thing you can do is bring up their profile and go into file complaint
