    Just to clarify, does the RB button on your controller appear to have a broken component, or is the button not registering? Have you checked to see if there is any visible dirt or debris that may be affecting the RB button on your controller? Also, have
    you checked to see if there are any available
    updates     for your controller?

    However, if you would like to customize your Xbox One controller, then we'd recommend following the steps in the

    Customize Standard Controller     guide to get started with that process.

    Xbox controllers seem to be made very poorly.

    I have never had a problem with controllers. The only reason I have a different controller is because I wanted a change. My original controller was still working great.

    It will not drastically change the appearance of the control. but I want it to come with removable internal battery.
