    I want to change our UK Xbox Live subscription from quarterly to annually, how do I do this?


    Hi

    We have a quarterly subscription and have had for some time, however I can see that changing to an annual subscription would save me money, can somebody advise how I change the subscription as I cannot locate any obvious way to do this.

    Xbox live account, billing, new subscription

    I have been paying quarterly using auto drafting for xbox live gold membership. Recently I got a two year subscription for xbox live. I entered the 2 year xbox live code in my new xbox one. Is there going to be reoccurring charges for the quarterly payments
    of the old subscription? If so how can I cancel the quarterly payments while keeping the more recent payment for the 2 year plan.

    Hi there!

    You should be able to manage any subscription when logged into the
    Accounts page    .

    This should include changing the type of subscription you are using.

    Let us know if you run into any issues getting that set up on the site!

    They stated the prices for United Kingdom would go up a few months ago.

    Here's an official response by Microsoft:

    "To ensure gamers have consistent pricing for Xbox Live Gold across Europe we are making changes to UK pricing from May 8th. Prices will rise by £1 a month for our monthly subscriptions, £3 for our quarterly subscriptions and by £10 a year for an annual
    membership. This new pricing is aligned to the changes we made in the region in 2016 as we strive to offer our members premium gaming and entertainment services at a fair price. We have notified members whose accounts are on recurring billing in the UK so
    they are aware well in advance."

    Well, the DOT cards are spendy; if you have a quarterly or annual subscription now, you can switch to Prepaid Code Cards w/ no penalty at lower prices from Amazon.Com, WalMart.Com or Target. Is your current subscription monthly, quarterly or annual?

    Not sure bout family but As far as individual subscriptions go, the

    monthly subscription is $9.99, the quarterly is

    $24.99, and the annual subscription is $59.99.
