I want to change my gamertag to Ion, but it says it's not allowed?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues changing your Gamertag.

Unfortunately, this isn't something that can be fixed. If the Gamertag of your choosing is not allowed, I'm afraid you'll have to use a different one.

As for the reason your Gamertag is not allowed, it's hard to tell. It's possible the Gamertag is already taken, or that an account using it was banned, or closed for security reasons.

Please note that there is no way to request Microsoft/Xbox Support to release or allow a specific Gamertag.

"There could be multiple reasons why you're experiencing these issues. If the gamer tag reports as not allowed it is only because it is blocked on the XBL side for a reason. Code of Conduct establishes that certain types of content, such as profanity, hate speech, references to illegal activities, and other controversial or sensitive topics are not permitted. Content that is designed to look similar to or otherwise suggest
such topics is also inappropriate.

The Xbox Enforcement Website has two articles regarding

Xbox Live suspensions and
enforcement myths that provide more information about why some gamertags are not allowed. You will need to choose a different gamertag if it is not allowed by the system. We hope this answers your question

I just dont understand how ‘Funduce’ goes against the code of conduct
