ok im going to say the whole story I made an account I was dared to name it I Own A Sexshop and then the next day it got reset to and im being bullied on xbox because its a girls gt and I cant hold that so plz some1 help me

In your case you got a forced name change and will have to pay 10 bucks to change that name sorry.

Sorry but support gave you incorrect information. There is no way to get a free change.

Free changes are ONLY for new accounts created on a 360/one console and within 30 days all others including ones created after a forced name changes have to pay for new tag end of discussion sorry.

As your a silver with 0 gamerscore why not just start a new account if it bothers you that much?

they aren't dragging their feet you need to read the full conditions of the terms

first of all the full article says you only get to change your name once if you were given a randomly generated name

not one that you choose

once you choose you already used the free name change
