I want to change my gamertag second time for free because im getting hate. Messages like you are a *** ur gamertag sucks and etc i would like if u can send me another chance to change my gamer tag... Thank you

Gamertag change

I want to change my gamertag and I understand how, and I know you get to change it once for free. I want to use my one time to change it for free but its not letting me. It says I have to pay $9.99 WHEN I STILL HAVE MY ONE CHANGE FOR FREE. Please help me.

Sorry but if you want to change your gamertag you will have to pay.

If people are really harassing you on live then block & report them using the tools on your console.

Sorry but gamertags are only offered one free change. The only other way to get it changed would be if it were to go against the ToU or CoC of the Live service in which case the PET would automatically change it.

However, your gamertag does not seem to be offensive.

I'm afraid that if you want to change your gamertag you'll need to pay the $10 to do so. In the meantime be sure to report the messages using the dashboard reporting tools (go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions) then Avoid
and Block the people sending them.
