I want to cancel my XBOX account but ı can’t. Could you help me ?

Go to “Your info”, then scroll down to “How to close your account.”

Follow the steps shown, and Microsoft gives a 60-day window before full deletion, in case you change your mind.

Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions or spend the remaining balance before closing.

Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

ı cant download too Ubisoft said my Microsoft account somehow wasn't connected to an Xbox account but ı have x bıx game pass so when I tried to link them they created an account for me with the same mail on my xo box game pass but his new account doesn't have the same tag nor a game pass and they linked that new account with my Ubisoft account and it tells me to buy the game pass but I already did
