i want to cancel my perscribtion

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. Just to clarify, Did you mean subscription? As in, you want to cancel either your Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass subscriptions? If so, you can do so by clicking this link and following the steps provided to

cancel your subscriptions through your Microsoft account. You will, of course, need to sign in, then you will proceed over to the Payment and Billing section to cancel the subscriptions.

The easiest way to do this is to go to your services and subscriptions on your Microsoft account and turning off recurring billing.

You would want to check at http://commerce.microsoft.com and if it's not cancelled, you should be able to cancel there. If not, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the
