    I using game pass 14-days trials, but I want to cancel my game pass membership, right now.

    I'm already canceled recurring billing.

    Hi! No need to contact Xbox Support. You can manage and cancel all your Microsoft services subscriptions after signing in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    You Just need to disable auto renew on your subscriptions. You Will have to Go to web on your Microsoft Account and disable It.

    Hi there,

    you should be able to cancel the subscription immediately via the steps mentioned on this link:

    https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/how-to-cancel-xbox-subscription

    It should be the same procedure for Xbox Game Pass as it is for Xbox Live Gold

    If for some reason you can't cancel the subscription then you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    and they should be able to assist you.
