    I want to cancel my existing subscription


    I want to cancel my existing subscription and receive a refund!

    when I click on the cancellation button, I get a message saying that I have paid for the service until 24 January 2019. I subscribed a day ago and want to cancel.

    The only other way to cancel would be to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and talking with a billing support representative.

    If you hit the option to cancel early enough, you should get a refund automatically.

    If you do that, and you don't get it automatically, then I would try to request a refund here on our site page

    Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund

    That should help you out with the issue, but if you're still having problems, then I would totally contact Xbox Support at
    Customer Support

    Give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped in the resolution of the issue.
