    Cancelling zune

    My son of 9 has mistakenly started a subscription to zune. £8.99 has been coming out of my account for the past year without my knowledge. When asked my son has no recollection. I want to cancel this but don't want to cancel his xbox subscription. I have
    tried to do this but I am getting nowhere, can anyone help?? Thanks

    Do you want to cancel the account in general or do you want to cancel a certain subscription? (e.g. Live Gold or Game Pass)?

    you can cancel the subscription for an account via the steps shown on this support page:

    https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/how-to-cancel-xbox-subscription

    You can either turn off auto renewal or immediately cancel the subscription. You might have to log in to the actual Xbox Live Account details in order to be able to cancel the subscription.

    If for some reason you can't cancel the subscription you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

    I guess the easiest ask here is : How do I cancel my son's xbox music pass as a parent. I have been trough every option in both the web site as well as the console and there is no apparent way to accomplish this.
