    Hi, basically today, I decided to play my Xbox one but come to a screen where it says I need gold, I wasn't worried because I had gotten a 3-month membership card for Christmas that I forgot to use, so I punched the code in and I thought I was ready to
    go but I wasn't it was still saying that I needed to purchase gold, I then checked my subscriptions and it said that my gold expired on the 14/4/2020 when I never bought a 12-month membership. So then after I started wondering why it was saying that, I remembered
    my little brother saying something about "how we could get gold for free" and he mentioned something called developer mode, I'm not into messing with my xbox because its the only console I have. After that I had asked him and he said that he got 12-months
    of membership and I went into my account settings on xbox and checked my subscriptions, and it said "Xbox Live Gold, Expires on 4/12/2020, Paid with: None" and warning type of sign underneath. I was wondering if I could get in touch with Xbox Support via email
    or something, so then I can get back to playing online asap.

    I can provide my 3-month membership code to xbox support but only via email.

    The problem is, I didn't buy it! There would be nowhere for it to be refunded to, My brother said that it just came up as free. There's no payment option on my account at all.

    Redeemed a code, but got the wrong product

    All my subscriptions were cancelled. The ultimate game pass as well. It would have ended somewhere around late September. But even if it wasn't cancelled, how am I supposed to know? It's not on the card I purchased, and I didn't get any notice when I redeemed
