    I recently purchased WWE 2K22 and put in a refund request which was approved, I now wish to own the game but I'm unable to load in, I'm no longer concerned about the refund I just want the game.

Unfortunately, if you submitted this refund and it was approved, you will need to repurchase the game. If you have lost, access it because the refund was approved, and you should see it back on your account within 3-5 business days.

    Check your Xbox purchase history.

    If you see a charge on your bank or credit card statement that you don't recognize, you can quickly view your Xbox purchase history right on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, or by signing in to your Microsoft account.

    This game doesn't allow live streaming

    Hello! Xbox Ambassador House Baelish here! I can also confirm Elden Ring, Crusader Kings 3 and WWE 2k22 all say they don't allow livestreaming. What is odd is that WWE 2k22 and Elden Ring will still display game footage whereas the newly released Crusader Kings 3 on series x will not allow any feed at all.

    Unfortunately, the canceling of a pre-order cannot be undone.
    To clarify, did you manually cancel your pre-order for WWE 2K24 through your order history? I ask this because pre-orders can also be automatically canceled after a couple of unsuccessful billing attempts, in which case, you wouldn't have been charged for the game.

    • If you have already confirmed you were charged for the game, could you try to request a refund at ( http://www.xbox.com/refunds )?

    To do so:

    - Sign in with the account you used to pre-order WWE 2K24.
    - If your order appears on the list of refundable items, select it.
    - Click on the green "request a refund" button.
