    Can't use PayPal to finish transaction

    Hi,

    So I was going to buy the Peggle 2 deal on the EA Publisher sale currently going on, on the Xbox One. However, when I try and purchase it with the $5.69 on my account, there is no option to pay the rest via PayPal. The only thing it lets me do is "Add a
    credit card" to complete the process. I don't want to go through the hassle of putting a credit card on the Xbox One for a single dollar, so is there anyway to get it to accept my PayPal to finish the transaction? Or will I have to pass on this? :$

    Child Account Can't Buy Game

    I have a child Account that I have redeemed a $25 gift card on. I want to buy COD Blacks Ops II with it, but whenever I try to buy the game I get this message: "Sorry. Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this
    transaction from your Xbox." When I attempted to buy the game, I was using my Xbox, not my computer. I assume that the issue lies in my account being a child account. I want to buy this game, and Microsoft has made gift cards untransferable, so I have to
    use this account.

    If anyone has any ideas on how to buy the game, please tell me about them below.

    What is the exact error message that you received when trying to complete your purchase? Have you attempted the purchase with a different payment option?

    Won't give me the option to use my paypal account linked to my profile to make purchases

    With me, it's the other way around: I can use PayPal on the Xbox One, but can't use it when I want to purchase games on Xbox.com.

    You are trying to purchase points? That should work, anything with a currency value should work with paypal so that is weird it is telling you that.

    When I set mine up it asked me for the paypal account name, then sends you to paypal to log in and confirm that you want to connect paypal to xbox and that was it. I then went to the xbox and used paypal to buy points.
