    If you mean you want to work for the Xbox Enforcement team, you'll want to look into
    Careers at Microsoft | Microsoft jobs.

    They're the ones who issue suspensions for Code of Conduct violations, and they are paid Microsoft employees.

    Just file a complaint on the accused from the Xbox that you are playing on you wont become a Moderator and asking to become something wouldnt help

    No Im not talking about ambassador. I read somewhere that the moderators on xbox live are volunteers that help keep boosters and cheaters off the games. I just want to moderate to keep them off of live instead of filing a complaint.
