i want to appeal the case for my other xbox live acount suspension

why is my xbox live account suspended for "cheating" . the gamertag for the account that i am talking about is XzMrtrevorzX and the e mail for the account is [Mod Removed: Personal information]

10/18/15 i had went on my xbox and relized that it had been on for a week and found out that last friday my account was suspended for "cheating " and i have never did any cheating or anything i play grand theft auto v on xbox one and am a friendly
player. i am upset at xbox and dont know what to do . xbox customer service tells me to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review. but there is nothing there that will let me submit
a case review xbox customer support told me to post here about my problem . i feel like i was wrongfully suspended and would like the issue resolved .

hello i have a probleme with my xbox live acount when i want to reedom a code of xbox live its says somme thing wet wrong and i try the code on an other acount it work perfectly so please anwer me !!!!!

i got my son xbox live for christmas my other son wants to play on the same system with my first son is this possible? or do i need to purchase another xbox live acount? and could they play on the same system?

All enforcement queries are now handled through the enforcement website, you'll need to log in there with the account that has had the action taken against it and submit your case there I'm afraid.

It should give you an option to "Apply for Review", that is the only way to try to appeal an Xbox Suspension!

Please jump into the Enforcement Team Forums and create a new Thread and you'll get a reply in the next 24 hours but doesn't mean they will lift the suspension but by all means you can try >>>

the enforcement website dont work !!!! there is nothing there that will allow me to submit a apeal!

How do I submit a Case Review?
Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

1. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an orange hammer icon, or visit your Enforcement
   History.
2. Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select Apply for Review.
   
3. Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting Agree.
   
4. If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated
   policies. Upon successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.
   
5. Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game

@Mrtrevor what shows up when you go to that "Enforcement" website? Does it come up with your suspension at all? or is it blank?

If you cannot see your enforcement taken on you account.

First: Make sure you are correctly logged in.

Second: Make sure to click on the hammer in a circle logo that should say "past enforcement actions on your account..."

Third: There it should have your suspension with the "apply for a review" to the right of the suspension.

 

The poster is having a problem similar to my own. EVERYONE from support and forums refer to the same site telling us to "file for a case review" but the issue is, when we CORRECTLY login to the enforcement page and follow the steps, we get to the page where
it displays our enforcement history (my gamertag was found offensive or inappropriate and was changed) it does NOT show a button or link or anything to click on to file for a case review. nothing is there. and my offense happened october 17th and no one can
answer why i cannot file for a case review.

 

There should be no reason that my account should be under suspension, I want the suspension lifted so I can enjoy online gaming like I do on a daily basis. Plus there is no info besides the basic info why I'm suspended.
